Unable to delete collectors, customers and old devices

I am unable to delete a collector from the Smart Care dashboard, see attached screenshot.

 

How do I delete customers and old devices from the dashboard?

Hi,

 

Please DM me the following details for deletion of the entitlement 

Company Name-

Collector ID-

Party ID-

Inventory Name-

 

You can remove the customers from the SNTC portal using the CSAM tool.
Please let me know the CCO ID of the customers you want to be removed.

 

As for the old devices, the devices that are there on the SNTC portal, cannot be deleted from the portal as they are there as history.

So it is completely impossible to delete devices from the inventory?

We cannot delete devices from an inventory.

But we can delete the whole inventory instead.

Hi,

 

Sharing the steps for inventory deletion-

1. Go to the SNTC portal
2. Click on inventory Deletion under Administration.
3. Select the inventory you want to delete.
4. Delete the required inventory under Actions
