Unable to find valid certification path after manual upgrade from 2.9 to 2.9.1 when checking Software Update tab

I did a manual upgrade from 2.9 to 2.9.1 as it wasn't doing it though the GUI.  So now that I am 2.9.1 and I don't get the upgrade message anymore, I went into Software upgrades and then click on Get collection platform software updates as I want to verify that is show it is upgraded and current and I get the following pop up error:  Failure - Unable to find valid certification path.  I can't seem to find any information on how to fix this.  Any ideas?  I also did 2 other collectors manually and had no issues with this error message.  They both allow me in to the upgrade screen and show me I am up to date.
