Any idea(s) as to what would cause this message and what I could do to resolve it?
I've tried the following: service adminshell restart
I've also tried to restart the collector service and made sure the time and date on the server are accurate

I was able to work past this by disabling SSL inspection temporarily on the upstream firewall.
