I was recently granted SNTC customer admin and customer user access by my account admin. I should have at least one SNTC contract associated with my account as well. However, when I try to login to https://services.cisco.com, I keep getting redirected to the onboarding page. If I try to register for the portal, it tells me I already have access and then redirects me to the same onboarding page. I was granted access a couple of weeks ago but there has been no change in my access. How can I resolve this?

Hello,
Following is the resolution for the issue/post -
After verifying all the details over the PM, the customer was enabled as Customer Admin.
Pushed a Manual Sync for the user.
The customer is now visible on the SNTC portal.

Hi I am Also facing the same issue as described. Administrator has already approved and i got the email about the access but still getting redirected. Please support.
