Unable to login to SNTC Portal

I have been granted access to the SNTC Portal by one of the admins but when I attempt to login the portal page appears for a moment then it redirects to register now.  When I click on register now it states I am registered and redirecting but it redirects back to the register now page.

 

I am the Network Asset Manager and need access to this.

Password propagation to all systems can take up to 24 hours.
Please allow it some time to sync.

Thank you, apparently I was given the wrong URL, was given a different one and was able to get right in.

I'm presenting the same error that RayClark post. Also I waited more of 24 hours what it takes password propagation to all systems but the problem persist. Someone have idea what may be happening ?

What is the CCO ID of the user experiencing this? In addition, did you assign a role to hit user on CSAM? A role must be assigned before a user can access the portal.

I was able to get logged in using https://services.cisco.com

I was good to go after that
