Unable to login to SNTC Portal

I am unable to login to SNTC Portal. When I  try to login to Portal keeps throwing me to the register/contact DA page.

Hello, a typical user creation may take about 48h to show on portal.  As an exception I have synchronized the back end authentication servers with CSAM and you should be able to have access now. Please go ahead and try and let me know
