Unable to see the Cisco Service Access Management tool page

Hi,

 

cc: william@***

 

I received the following email to grant access to the user but when I clicked on the link Cisco Service Access Management tool i got a blank page instead.

 

Can someone please help advise me what went wrong?

You can grant/deny access to this user by logging in to the Cisco Service Access Management tool.

You can grant this user one of the following roles:
- Smart Net Total Care Administrator(required for inventory upload)
- Smart Net Total Care User

Can you please re-try, clearing your browser cache? It may have just been a momentary issue.  Please also confirm what browser you are using.  Recommended browsers are Firefox or Chrome.
