Unable to upgrade CSPC to 2.7.2

Getting the following error when trying to upgrade CSPC from either the GUI or console:

 

"Server is down"

From the console I run the # check update command

From the GUI I double-click on the Software Updates under the Software Updates tab

 

Under Server Connection setup I have tried to disable it to clear my co-worker's CCO credentials so I can put mine in, but I get the same "Server is down" error.  

 

What do I need to do to successfully upgrade CSPC to the latest version?

Hello jdradke,

 

Thank you for the details.  It looks like you may be impacted by this bug ID CSCvd16364. As workaround mentioned in this bug, can you please check and see if Ping/ICMP is allowed on your firewall for server reach-ability.  Once allowed, you may try to run the "check update " command again.
