Unable to Upload Inventory Via NCM Connector

Hello,

I attempted to upload the current inventory via the NCM Connector and was presented with the 'userid not valid' error.

I have read several posts on this forum and one mentioned about an address having to be correct?  there are quite a few addresses for the company. Could someone point me in the right direction?
