Unable to upload manually the data to the portal

Dear community,

 

I want to upload manually the data from the CSPC to the SNTC Portal. My CCO is an Administrator role. When I want to upload the file, it sends me a message that I am not entitled to access that content. I attach the error message.

There is a Bug in Severity 2 for this problem. Developers are aware of the problem and they working on a solution for the next release window, will need to deploy code changes and it will require a maintained window.  I believe the next release is for about October 29.

 

For the task you trying to accomplish, please try the following :

reloading and/or using alternative browser such as Chrome with private window or incognito mode helps to get accessible. This problem is intermitent
