Whoever created our SNTC portal access totally got our company organization name wrong let alone assigning admin roles to the wrong person. We would like to update to the correct company name for our company in SNTC portal. We were advised to post on this forum by a Cisco SNTC support staff which will generate a support TAC case which I highly doubt and goes opposite of traditionally open a Cisco TAC case.
Please help!

Hi Calvin,
Please private message me correct company name as well wrong company name on the portal that you are referring and user id of the person who is associated with wrong company.
