updateDBScript.sh link broken

I have to use the updateDBScript.sh script to remove a hung 'Apply-in-progress' but the link to box isn't working for me.

The link in this PDF or this page does not work.

Does anyone have a correct link or can otherwise share the script?

Hello,

Can you see if you can access the files from the link below.

https://cisco.app.box.com/s/g67mnxzynzsqb1a2fofyc44rhuf9hr7w

Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out, but the link doesn't work.
Can't access it with my own Box account, or in a private browser session with my Cisco credentials.

Is it possible to share it via WeTransfer?

Hi kaptanej,

Thanks. Please kindly assist. I am updating but the status is stuck in "apply-in-progress". I need the updateDBScript.sh so that I can kill the apply process and trigger update again
