Updating new registration file fails

I am trying to renew/update the certificate on CSPC server. Getting attached error message.

Hello, 

This error seems may be a result of using an unsupported browser. Can you access the collector from another web browser then apply the new entitlement again? For example, if you are using chrome try firefox or internet explorer.

Can you try to re-download the same entitlement file from the SNTC portal and apply it to the collector?

Just tried again. It failed. Do you want me to generate a new one and try again? I am trying to update the exiting SNTC certificate.

Yes, let's go ahead and generate a new entitlement for the collector. 

No Go!. New name for collector, new name for the inventory. Same error.

Unable to read the contents of the registration file.

Do you already have a working entitlement file on the collector? 

Thank you so much! Cant tell which browser is supported as I get the unsupported browser message on all of them.
