Upload portal

Hello all,

 

Find attached print screen, we have completed a successful upload and when we enter in the sntc portal, it is not appearing in the upload processing. Could you please help us.

You r upload has processed from earlier today but due to the frequency of the upload attempts the more recent uploads have been bypassed and silenced. Please refrain from issuing multiple uploads within a short time frame as this will cause the portal to stop the processing of a current upload and begin processing the more recent upload. This means longer wait times to access your data. 

 

The last upload was in May 2018 as the client had switched off the collector and it was only yesterday that we had did a fresh installation and push a new upload.

 

We did a new upload after one year and how come there is multiple uploads. Could you please clarify?

Hi There,

 

You may want to change your inventory selection to view the uploads on SNTC Portal. Can you click on the pencil icon on the top of the left dashboard and select the new inventory that you have created?
