Hello,
I have uploaded a file from the collector and it has been "in progress" for more than 41 hours which is not normal.
All my previous files have been processed between 1 and 8 hours with the same amount of devices.
I was looking for an option to cancel the current process and start a new one but I couldn't find a way to do it.
I tried to send a new file but now is in "RECEIVED" status.
I need to be able to process the latest file to update our records and provide a report.
Could you help me to solve this problem?
