Hello,
We are in the middle of an audit and we need to retrieve an updated report of vulnerabilities from our inventory.
We did the collection last friday at night and the file was uploaded to Cisco on Saturday at 9:45 AM and Started to be processed at 9:48AM.
By now the file has been "in progress" for 50 hours.
Is there any chance to have it ready before this afternoon?
I thought the maximum time to process a file was 48 hours but at this point I don't know how much time is going to take.
I'll appreciate if someone can help me to have this file processed ASAP.

Hey Victor,
Thanks for the information! I see that there is a party block in the backend but I have put in the request to unblock this and the upload should be processed shortly!

Can you PM me the company and inventory names of this instance? This can be done by right clicking my username and selecting the message option.
