Upload Processing Stuck Again

I have another upload job that has been processing since 9 this morning. The notification on the site says the issue was fixed but apparently it has not been. No one is replying to my previously thread informing of same so I am starting a new thread. Hoping this issue can again be resolved.

I see the last upload from August 17 reflecting on the portal as success. Please let us know if you are still experience issue with upload processing.
