My second time uploading to the portal was 6/21 and the upload shows that it is still in progress. Is there a way to rectify this or at least cancel the job? Currently using collector version 2.7.

It seems the upload has stalled and locked up. I have contacted a member of the Production Support team and they should be able to push an upload through for us. I will let you know when they contact me that they have done so.
