Hi

We are having a problem uploading from a new collector. When uploading from the inventory process or from a manual upload it generates the error HTTPs transport mode has failed 500 internal server error. Connectivity from out firewall to the Cisco upload servers has been checked and seems to be ok.

Could anyone help please?

Upon further analysis. It looks like the error is caused by a mismatch in the certificate’s SSL signature.

To correct this, please go into the PSS portal, re-download the certificate and apply to the collector (overriding the current certificate).
Then try the upload one more time.

Regards.

Thanks,

This appears to be a PSS license. Are you trying to upload to the PSS portal?

For PSS it might be best to directly open a TAC case. More information in the PSS Support Community - https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/partner-support-service/ct-p/5456-partner-support-service?lang=en

After downloading a new certificate and running the upload again it has been successful.
