Is the URL for the SNTC 3.0 different from 1.x? If so, can someone give me the new URL?

We are in the process of enabling customers on the new platform, which requires migrating customer inventories and user data. This is an ongoing process that we expect to be completed by mid-March. To ensure business continuity during the transition, SNTC 1.x will continue to be available through May 1, 2015.
Once your data and user profiles are migrated your company will be notified and you will use a different URL to access the new portal. Your existing Cisco IDs and passwords will work seamlessly.
In the meantime, continue using Smart Net Total Care 1.16 at the current URL. And you can view the How-to videos which will give you a head start on the new portal functionality.
