User added in Cisco Services Access Management does not appear in SNTC Portal user list

I´ve added a new user in Cisco Services Access Management tool but he does not appear after three days in the SNTC Portal user list?

Can you please send me the userid via private message?

From what I see all the users from CSAM are reflecting in SNTC Portal.
