User Unable to Access SNTC Portal.

Hey everyone,

I have an issue where a DA assigned access to a user to access the SNTC Portal. They are taken to the registration page constantly, and when trying to register, it says they already have a portal. If they try to login, it kicks them back to the beginning of registration. We have tried different browsers, and we have also tried to refresh the cache as well but are met with no success.

 

Could anyone please provide assistance? It would be greatly appreciated.
