Hi, what is the self-onboarding site URL and what do I use it for?

You can access the self service on-boarding process by clicking on the “Go Proactive” option in the SNTC Landing Page. This site will step you through the process of setting up your company Delegated Administrator and Smart Net Total Care Customer Administrator, which is required to get access to the Smart Net Total Care portal.
