Would a Radius Server prevent me from discovering switches?

If so is there a way to program it into the collector?

my discovery jobs are not finding anything. could it be because I have a radius server?

Your Radius server is just authenticating logins to the device. The CSPC uses SNMP during discovery jobs to communicate with devices. Please ensure SNMP is enabled on the device, then check to make sure the SNMP credentials configured on the device matches what is configured in the collector. Also make sure no ACL is configured on the SNMP credential that would prevent the CSPC IP from accessing the SNMP engine on the device.
