Hey everyone, I was directed here by Nico from support. My SNTC portal portal is associated with the wrong company (it's been tied to a similarly named organization who is completely unrelated to us). I'm listed as the only user for this SNTC company and to make matters worse I already linked my CSPC VM and uploaded our entire inventory. *sigh*
I currently have 6 contracts visible in the CSCC and Cisco Account Profile page for my CCOID and none of them are visible in SNTC. Please help

Hello cquinones , Would you be able to please send me a private message with the expected company name you are looking for and the Smart Entitled contract you used for self-registration? I will take a look at the onboarding details for you. For your second question, the contracts associated to your CCO ID will not be visible on the SNTC Portal unless found via a device uploaded by a CSPC or via File Imports. Thank you, Jarrett
