Wrong information address

I was helping my customer to register on SNTC Portal, When he receives the Cisco's e-mail to confirm the registration, the message shows the wrong address, how we fix that? The profile is with the correct address.

Can you please share customer CCO ID and screenshot where you see incorrect address?
