Do I need a DNA license for Support and software download

Hello All,

I need to purchase new materials such as 9300 and 9500 catalyst platforms.

I clearly need the functionnalities listed in the Network essentials for my access switch (9300 series) and Network Advantage for my distribution and core switches (9500 series).

I don't need a SD access technology.

So my questions are the following:

- Do I have access to the TAC cisco support through my provider  with a "Network essentials" or "Network advantage" license without the DNA options?

- Can I stiil access the repository for downloading new image and so on ...

figure 7 shows the embedded support you get with DNA essential or advantage.

Additionally you should get Smartnet total care (SNTC), Figure 5 shows what all you get with it. If you are going to use 9500 as your core I would recommend 24X7X4.

Both 9300 and 9500 comes with  an Enhanced Limited Lifetime hardware Warranty (E-LLW), which includes NBD delivery of replacement hardware where available and 90 days of 8x5 CiscoTAC support.
