Team,

I need some clarification and benefits illustrations that show values that having a DNA center will bring than staying with Cisco Prime.

So we are upgrading our large qty old access switches to C9300 DNA Essentials package. we do currently have PI 3.2

Do i need DNA Center Appliance?

We are not going full SDA access for now, that is why we are not buying DNA Advantage option with the C9300.

what advantages will i get from the DNA center appliance with c9300 DNA essential over using Cisco PI with the switches. We definitely equally going to be having Cisco ISE in our setup, separately procured.

Kindly advise

Hi
If your purchasing large amount of switches you may be eligible for the free DNA center below but generally it costs from what i have seen , were in same place as you we have purchased all our new switches with premier DNA but yet to set it up for SD

Thanks for your contribution quite helpful. So you did purchase the DNA premier software hence equally had the DNA center appliances. We are trying to go first with the DNA Essentials and then create a road map for future upgrade. Although i do understand you have no turn on the SD-Access features, that is a good road map as well.

Agree with Mark, additionally you can also look at this link, it will give you the features you will get with essentials, in rows where you see DNAC logo, you will need DNAC for those features.
