ARP issue on Nexus 5596(l3)

Need help badly.

I have 2 nexus 5596 in VPC mode. Each one has a blade switch connected to it.

blade1--Nx1---Nx2----Blade2

Nx1 and Nx2 can ping management address on Blade2

Nx1 and NX2 cannot ping blade1. Nx1 see blade1 in cdp nei table.

Nx1 shows Blade1 incomplete in ip arp table. Config has been verified 10 times and cannot see anything.

From the management consile onf Blade 1 I can ping NX1.

I noticed a lof on ARP incomplete in the ARP table

Note: Peer gateway enabled on both .

This is driving me crazy

We have the same scenario and one cluster is not pinging between them, but each one can reach the gateway and the outside.
