Hi,
I just installed a new Cisco MDS 9148 Switch and connected all our other devices using fiber to the switch, but for some reason none of the interfaces come up once the devices are connected. I made sure all of the interfaces are enabled and are assigned to a VSAN. Other than creating a VSAN and enabling the interfaces, the switch still has it's default configurations.
Would there be any additional configurations to add to the interfaces or globally to the switch itself, I've never worked on this type of switch before.
