Cisco MDS 9148 problem

Hi buddies.

I have a problem with two MDS swithes. One of that is a Cisco MDS 9148 (NX-OS 6.2) another one is a Cisco MDS 9124e (NX-OS 5.2) in HP Blade systam C3000. 

When i try to add new aliases system dont show it in "show device-alias database". When i try input command again MDS output "duplicate member"

I tryed issued commands "commit" and it doesnt help.

Does anyone had this problem?

Sorry the problem was in inattension.

I tryed add a "fcalias" and then hope to see "device-alias"
