Enterprise Licensing Question

According to the Cisco MDS 9000 Enterprise Package Fact Sheet:

"LICENSE INFORMATION

This package is licensed per switch for all the ports in the switch. Some of the features can be used only if all the switches in the fabric have licenses for this package. "

Is there any matrix or sheet that outlines which items require licensing on all switches? We are planning a demo lab with two 9216 switches, would like to only purchase one Enterprise License if possible.

I imagine the port-security will only work on the licensed switch and likewise with DH-CHAP and IVR. What about VSAN access control, LUN Zoning and Read-Only Zones?

IVR and read-only zoning are not part of the base package and are licensed features. The following is a data sheet on the
