I asked a cable team to check cable that connects to fc1/12 port. They verified cable and said cable is good even they swapped new GIBC but still has no light on that port. Anyone can help me to fix it ? I am newbie on switch. Thank you.

What is the peer, that is connected to this fc port ?

The port is in VSAN 1, which is the default. (you should never use VSAN 1 for any operational ports, create new VSAN's and move the fc ports accordingly.

Do you see any error log entries (show logging log)
