FCIP on Cisco MDS 192C Director

This is with regards to “IBM SAN192C

8978-E04(4 Module)SAN Director”

My requirement is “2 ports of FCIP connectivity for SAN replication to distance location.”

I see that the Supervisor module has 2 GE ports, can I order 2 Qty of GigE Copper SFP and use these two ports for FCIP connection, or do I need to include 24/10 SAN Extention Module ?

The Sup Gb eth ports are generally for out of band management.

You will probably need a compatible extension module like you have indicated.
