How to create a user in DM?

I'm using an MDS9216. How can I create a regular user (Not an snmp v3 user) on the switch using the Device Manager. In oder words, which menu item in Device Manager allows me to accomplish this :

username user1 password mypassword role network-admin

I already know how to creat an snmp user by going to Security > SNMP...

This is the CLI console & telnet access you are talking about here. I believe the only way to administer console and telnet user/passwords are via the console and telnet methods. I may get corrected here, if this is something you would like to see added to FM/DM somewhere let me know and I can open a enhancement request.

It is not present in the current releases but it will be there in the near future releases.
