I can't stop a process in MDS

Hello,

I need to kill a proccess in a switch MDS 9706 because this didn't allow me to delete a user.

When I try to delete the user, appears the next:

user monitoring is currently used by process 22840

I check what proccess it is using:

PID State PC Start_cnt TTY Type Process
----- ----- -------- ----------- ---- ---- -------------

22840 S f65cbf67 1 0 O vsh

I stopped the services that I know the user is using, but nothing it happens. I try to use the command kill but it didn't work.

Hi,

   In what context did you use the kill command? Do you have the output?

You will most likely need to open a case with TAC to get help killing this process.

Hi Branden, 

Yes, I opened a TAC case and they helped us to access a linux mode in which we was able to kill the process.
