Interconnect two SAN separe

We have a storage area network (SAN) at one location and another SAN in another location separated by 2KM.

We are going to be pushing traffic at stm1 speeds. What Cisco solutions do we have?

You can just connect the two Cisco Storages switches MDS 9000 through the single mode Fabric upto 10KM. Cisco has variety of Storage switches from small end to director class.

Is it possible to use two SN5428 at the both end of an ip Link ?

Yes, the SN5428 will do FCIP.
