One of the two interfaces on stuck at init and never comes up

switch is MDS9250i running 6.2(15) with 10G SFPs.

IPStorage1/1 init x.x.x.x/25 10 Gbps 2300
IPStorage1/2 up x.x.x.x/25 10 Gbps 2300

have tried restting the port and reloading the modules.

Any clue?

have you tried changing the SFP , if you don't have spare one.. you can test it with a working one.
