for Tests I need iSCSI Driver Version 3.4.5 for IBM AIX 5.1 aund  HPUX 11.1 which are out off support and not avaiable on Cisco Side anymore

As per this document, this product has not been supported since end of 2006. (

So unfortunately, I cannot help you obtain these drivers.

I would like to help you with this, can you explain a bit more what you are testing and what your setup is, maybe we can find a workaround together.
