Linux kickstarter fails with "first boot component failed" in UCS 220 M3 system

I am using kickstarter iso image to install Linux in UCS 220 M3 system. During fresh install, kickstart fails with below error message.
I have tried regenerating new .iso image. But same result.

"Ln:creating symbolic link '/usr/cisco':File exists
A first boot component failed... ks-firstboot automoutn
When fixed, touch /tmp/.continue
To disable firstboot, touch /tmp/.abort"
CIMC: 172.27.135.166 login: admin/surbaska123.

How did you solve this issue? I am unable to go further and get this error message every 1 minute.
