Need particular SAN storage document in English

I have a SAN storage Solution document. The document is in German language. I am unable to find same document in English.

I had attached SAN storage Solution document in German language below.

Can anyone provide me same document in English language.

I will be very thankful if anyone can help me.

This document is very old and totally obsolete, at least regarding the Produkts Not the Technology itself.

I need to understand architecture of Storage solution consisting of Product Family MDS 9000 and Storage Router.  

Do you have any document that explains this.
