Nexus 4k, 5k, and Netapp

We're looking to tie in our Nexus 4ks and 5ks with our netapp SAN.  Our netapp has an FCoE license.  Would the Nexus 4ks allow us to forego

an FCoE module in the Nexus 5k?  My thought is that the wrapping/unwrapping would occur at the 4k and once the traffic reaches the 5k (assuming

I need the storage license on the 5ks for FCoE and need to enable the FCoE feature) it would simply be routed to the Netapp to reach the

storage?  I'm having trouble finding examples of this sort of configuration.  Everything seems to revolve around installing the expansion module in

5k and enabling the ports as fiber channel ports rather than ethernet ports.   I'm looking for some guidelines to this sort of design.

thank you
