Hi,
I'm in the process of transitioning from a Cisco 9124 fiber channel SAN environment to 10G iSCSI. I currently have a Nexus 7009 and a Nexus 9396PX in my datacenter and the same in my DR site (1500 feet away) with single mode fiber between the two sites. I will have an active/active SAN with one in my datacenter and one in my DR site.
Questions
1. Should I set up a new VDC for my storage network.
2. Should I set up a lossless iSCSI network and if so are the 9396PX top of rack switches capable of handling lossless traffic.
