I downloaded the new code from the website, but I was looking for the release notes of this code. Can you please provide a link for the release notes? Also will this release take care of the nag message for Fabric Manager Server license being expired?

Looks like the 1.3.3c notes have not yet been posted to CCO, give it another day, They are available internat to Cisco you can open a TAC case if you require to view them ASAP. As for the NAG fix for FM, that is fixed in 1.3.4 which should release within a week
