Hi,
Is sfp CISCO-AVAGO SFCT-5798PZ-CS3 (it's 1 GE sfp) supported on Storage Node (SSN16) module on Cisco MDS9513 switch Director ?
If yes, short wave fc cable connexion or lon wave fc cable connexion ?
thanks

Hi Vu,
thanks so much for your answer. I'd like to give you more details on my problem. The cisco sfp avago is already pluged on the SSN16 module for 2 or 3 years ago but not used. We used only Copper sfp's for fcip distant connexions (connexions to Nexus). But now we have a new migration projet and we need GE FC connexion to Cisco ASR 1002-F which is connected to Colt DWDM.
Here is an exeample of the copper sfp we use and working very well. How to know if it's a DS-SFP-GE-T ??
