Hello Richard,
Can you describe the problem in greater detail? I do see (in the logging log) that power supply 1 is
going down...have you figured out why that's happening? (e.g. do you have a power source issue?)

Hello kenk,
we have two switch in site, when shutdown one way power of UPS, all ports of the switch was hang, another switch is ok.
then I done powercycle for the switch, the issue was gone.
I don't know why to cause this? the same issue was appear before, then i done a upgrade IOS for the switch.
please view "show system reset-reason".

How is power supplies configured on your switch? redundant mode or combined mode?

Thanks for sharing the power mode (being redundant, there *should* be no impact to the switch when 1 power
supply fails or loses power).
I did a quick search for any known matching bugs, but didn't find any.
I'd advise opening a TAC Service Request for furhter analysis and to determin the root cause of the hang.
