Switches - Small Business

Hello, i want to test throughput between switchs. How can i do this. One switch is Cisco while other is Netgear. normally they offer 1Gbps but i want to know how much we actually got in the real time.

I need to find a replacement power supply for the SG300-10MPP-K9 switch.. Does anybody have the part number for this power supply?  Or know of anywhere selling them? Rack ears was easy, power supply is difficult.
