CBS350 switch random reboot every week

Eponymous One

Hi,

Recently (I think since updating to 3.2.1.1) my router reboots every 5-7 days with the following error sent to my syslog server just before it does down:

CiscoCBS350 3SQCOS COSCREATETCID - SW3P_pcl_common_create_and_bind_tc: TAPI error - failed to create tc Id 4, code: Operation failed ***** FATAL ERROR ***** Reporting task: POLI. Software version: 3.2.1.1 ....

I presume it's a watchdog that's causing the reboot after the fatal error above. My switch never used to do this but the ports used to go down from time to time as reported by a lot of people (https://community.cisco.com/t5/switching/cbs350-48p-4x-ports-randomly-power-off/td-p/4311909). That's stopped and this has started now...

Needless to say this is far from ideal as it brings down the PoE WAP that's connected to it as well.

Can anyone advise what might be going on here and what to check?
