Cisco sg350-28p chocking network

I have new Cisco sg350-28p and configured the free ip on vlan1. when connecting this switch in network, it chock all the network.

We tried to reset it and again connected to  network without any configuration and it again chock the whole network. I could not understand why it is happening...

 - What do you mean by this ? What are you observing , in technical terms ?

It means all port of switch lights get orange and it's creat loop and network gone down

        - Check the logs when this happens , also avoid loops in your network.
