Cisco SG500's in Stack Mode-5th unit not working correctly

Hi everyone. I have an issue that I can't figure out and not being an expert with networking haven't had much luck figuring it out myself.

Our setup consist of this: 2x SG500-52P and 3x SG500-28P. The two 52P's and one 28P are in our server room and are in stack mode (one 52P is the master and the other is the backup). Earlier this week I added another 28P as a slave to the stack (previously was just connected as a standalone to the network) and everything worked fine. Then the next day I added another 28P (also previously standalone) and although it shows up in the stack and grabs a unit ID when I plug any device in it won't pull an IP from our DHCP server (a Fortigate 100D).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello my name is Jonathan and i am one of the Engineers here at the Cisco SBSC team. I apologize for the inconvenience with this unit. and the delay on the response.

please let me know the following:

Are you still having this issue? if so one of the requirements for the stack to work properly is that all of the units have to be on the same firmware version and boot code as well, so i would recommend to take a look as the firmware versions and if they are different you can do the upgrade. i hope this helps, if you need further assistance or have any questions you can call us at 1-866-606-1866. thanks and have a great day.
